I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Palace. The hospitality was top-notch, and I felt personally taken care of from the moment I arrived until I left. The food and room service were excellent, and I particularly want to commend Neha Singh, the duty manager, for her warm welcome and exceptional service. Additionally, Nagendra from the lost and found department went above and beyond to help me arrange for a lost parcel to be delivered to me. The entire staff was courteous and polite, making my stay truly enjoyable. The beautiful layout of the hotel added to the overall experience.

The room was big and really nice, plus they gave us a special cake made by the chef. 🍰 There was plenty of room to move around. the breakfast was amazing and the hotel is in a good spot.

We recently spent our Easter holiday at this hotel and we were impressed with the complimentary activities offered to guests such as the Easter egg hunt and painting for children. the location was also convenient with easy access to local attractions. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to assist us with any requests.

There was an event happening at the hotel and we were given a room next to it, resulting in disturbed sleep due to loud music and shouting.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city, making it a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. it is inconvenient as there are no nearby shops or markets. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and furniture. the hotel staff provides excellent service, taking care of guests in all aspects. the breakfast buffet spread is decent, with some good Indian cuisine.

The attention to detail and value for money were exceptional. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and the basic amenities provided were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshly prepared Chefs special cake in the room. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options.

The only minor issue I encountered was a slight inconvenience in terms of location. However, the hotel made up for it with their exceptional service and facilities.
